Introduction
What it is
Property Pilot Content Management System (PPCMS) is a tool that allows commercial
property agents to seamlessly publish property information onto EG Property Link (subject to agreement), Local Authorities and property listing sites.
How it works
1. Commercial Agents register to use PP CMS.
2. Add property details including photos and brochures.
3. PP CMS automatically feeds property details to Property Pilot and Local Authorities who use Evolutive CRM.
4. Any property that is not confirmed as being still available for a period of 90 days will be deemed "expired" and removed from all listing sites.
Commercial Agents will receive automated emails in advance of any expiry giving the opportunity to renew the listing.
